Ground Vietnamese Cinnamon, 16 Oz jar

After having to endure political rants and extremely high pricing from my previous cinnamon supplier (starts with a “P”), the search was on for a cinnamon as flavorful at a much more reasonable cost. I tried quite a few others, and this one topped them all. What it then came down to for me was paying $17 for excellent flavor and no politics, or $137 for the same amount of the ”P” product. Rather a no-brainer. And I use a lot of cinnamon, so flavor matters to me.

I made bread pudding and used Vietnamese Cinnamon instead of regular cinnamon. Definitely added a unique flavor! Looking forward to using it in butternut squash soup and other recipes!
