Neat addition to campervan
It is neat and use this in a campervan so it is fitted nicely on the door. Obviously hope to never use it but nice to have for peace of mind.

Pan fires do happen! Even to the most careful people.
We had a pan fire. Frightening. Cooker hood sucking at the fumes and flames. Fortunately, caught it after a few seconds. A 40 year old fire blanket fixed to the wall put it out very quickly. Phew. Kitchen and possibly house saved. We replaced the blanket with a wall fixed one because it constantly reminds us of where it is. In a drawer - no time to search. This one looks the part and is very reassuring. We also bought a mini fire extinguisher and a Firexo sachet to be on the extra safe side.

Well made
For obvious reasons I haven't used this product yet but it is as I would want a fire blanket to be pre-use and I have used similar ones in fire training. For anyone in doubt about buying any fire safety product this one above all is the one to go for. They can be used to smother kitchen fires and small electrical fires, don't leave a mess and, in the worst of imaginable scenarios, could be used to help you escape from a fire. I do have an extinguisher for my car but not in the house, on the basis that if I can't extinguish a fire in my home with the blanket I shouldn't be trying to extinguish it but get on with getting out as fast as possible!
