These pans are terrific! Easy to use and clean. Good quality and very sturdy. J bake tons of cheesecakes and have NEVER had an issue with leakage.Tip: You’ll have a next to impossible time trying to lock it while holding the bottom in your hand. Place it on a solid level surface and close the springform around it to lock it.Also they’re not made to hold water but batter instead.

I have used the smaller two sized cake pans twice. Both times the smallest one leaked. After the first time I put a piece of tin foil under it while baking, and that greatly helped with the cleanup. I’ve used the largest pan 4 times and have not had any issues. Things seem to bake pretty evenly in these. FYI the parchment paper circles only come the size of the largest pan. You’ll need to cut some to fit the smaller pans. Washing them was a little frustrating because bits of cake stuck in the bottom edges of the pan. I used a toothpick to get them out. Otherwise, the nonstick surface cleaned up easily. Overall I’m happy with these and would recommend them.

I bought these to make cheesecakes and I worked very well. No leakage, very easy to open the sides. The added parchment paper was nice as well.

The three sizes of this pan set were perfect for my cake project. The pans open and close smoothly and the cakes did not stick. Highly recommended

I've only had a chance to use 2 of the cake pans - the smallest and medium sized ones. But I love them so much I had to leave a review. The first time I used the smallest one to make a cheesecake, and I purposely did not spray the base with an oil or use a liner, so I could see how nonstick it truly was. The result was a not-so-easy to remove crust (the cheesecake kind of fell apart). The crust was slightly stuck to the base but it was mostly easy to remove.The second time I used the medium sized one to make another cheesecake, but this time I applied a little bit of butter to the base first. The result - the cake removed much easier. I had to slip something underneath the crust at first, but the entire cake came off like a dream.The next few times I used a pan, I used a liner because that's honestly the easiest thing to use to help with removal. The pan itself is very easy to clean; I just spray some Dawn powerwash on, use my scrubber and it comes clean after rinsing.Tldr?You won't regret getting this wonderful set. They're easy to clean, remove and locks very well.(In hindsight, the only thing I regret is not getting a set with 6-8-10 inches because most recipes utilize theses sizes. I have yet to come across any recipes for 4-7-9 inch sized pans. Boo.)

The pans work really well. Easy to assemble, quick to clean and simple to store stacked inside the biggest pan. I gave it a rate of 4 because I thought they were larger and it would be great if the seller woulf have photos include something familiar to most buyers, like an egg carton or some other item that most people are familiar with.
