I have used this product for years and love it! The way I do it, to avoid the extreme pulling effect and the white residue that often results: I slightly wet my finger and place a drop of the serum on that finger and then pat it below my eye. Repeat process for the other eye and then let dry for 2 or 3 minutes. Then I take a damp wash cloth and pat over each application. That reduces the tightness and removes any residue. Since I don't ever use foundation I have never used it as directed on the box. Last year I so very accidentally impaled myself right under my left eye with a tomato stake and had to rush to the emergency room where instead of stitches they used surgical skin glue and when the wound healed it left a little puffy scar under my eye..........I use Sudden Change Under Eye Firming Serum everyday before leaving the house and it smooths out that puff and makes my eye look normal. Of course, the puff comes back whenever I was my face, but this serum is a game changer for me! As I said, I have used this for years to tone down the normal puffiness I have under each eye (I am 76 years old, by the way.,....) but now with my "Tomato scar" it is an absolute necessity! (I was honestly thinking of plastic surgery to try to remove the scar but since it's in that delicate tissue right below my eye the surgeon said it could result in a scar much more noticeable then the puffy one that is currently there........so, rather than surgery, I use Sudden Change every day as a part of my morning routine.

I can't say how disappointed I am in this bottle of Sudden Change. When I took it out of the package, I noticed that the serum was white, not having a yellowish tint to it like the product I buy at Walgreens. Since one application didn't work, I applied a second one, and that didn't work either. I washed off the serum and tried again and got the same results. I applied it to the back of my hand, and there was no firming of the product either. I have come to the conclusion that the Sudden Change from this company was watered down. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and will start buying it from Walgreens.

This particular eraser works well, holds up well even with smiling. Does make your skin a little tight feeling but holds up well. Seller very easy to work with & product delivered exactly when promised. Would buy from them again

I would love this stuff if it weren't for the white, pasty/powdery residue it leaves, rendering it basically useless. I gave it three stars only because it truly helped remove the bags and wrinkles under my eyes. But shortly thereafter I'd see the residue. I tried the trick it says, to add a little water or lotion and kind of rub the residue off. But it returned, time and time again, even hours later. I wish there was a way they could make this without this problem, I'd buy a lifetime supply. But because of this problem, I will not buy again and could not recommend it to anyone.

I love this product and was happy to find it again to order it since I have been out of it for a long time. BUT, when it arrived in the same size package as my last purchase of this, I was so disappointed when I opened it and found a super small container. Wow. I was expecting the same size as my last one but this one is clearly one half the size or smaller. So be careful when ordering. I did check the size of this but without the old bottle to go by, the amount for this didn't mean anything.

OK I was skeptical and read a ton of reviews first before purchasing. 1) it does work in about 2 minutes. I found applying this liquid only to the puffy bag part and not on the bottom part of the bag. The puff goes away when the liquid dries out. If you get some on the lower part of the bag where the crease is, then this liquid will make the crease look worse. Also, you really only need a drop per eye. If you use too much it seems to not work as well. If you screw up, just wipe it off with a wet cotton ball or something soft and start again!

Sudden Change Under eye Firming Serum. I saw this on Dr Oz. the cost is great under $15. its a bit difficult to use. if you wear liquid foundation make up, then you need to mix the serum with the liquid make up then put the make up under your eyes. Not a big deal tho some extra steps. if you will not be using the liquid makeup, then you apply the serum under the eyes. it does work in reducing puffiness and under eye dark circles, however it feels slick when it drys and I found that I did not like that feeling.So it works, with stipulations to the above.

Have used this before. Waiting to see if it's changed any.
