I've been buying this product for years but it's always so messy that I don't go back to purchase it often. I was really excited to purchase it with the pump but unfortunately it just came in the old version with no pump. Now I'm hesitant to try to purchase it again knowing that some other reviews also received it without the pump as advertised.

This was recommended to me by a holistic doctor. I don't know what it does but I know it helps me with bloating, constipation, and I feel better. I'm only on bottle two and plan to continue to use this. I hope it will help with eczema and just all around general health. I'm perimenopausal and I feel better.

This is my 3rd bottle of mineral blend. Let me start off by saying that I take a LOT of supplements for a variety of reasons. I started taking this fulvic/humic acid mainly to help nail and hair growth. But I also take 5000 mg of biotin, daily collagen, eat a ton of eggs, eat a mostly carnivore diet, so I really can't say if the mineral blend made any difference or if it was the all the other stuff. For awhile there, I noticed my nails were growing longer/stronger, my hair was growing like crazy, I wasn't losing as much hair in the shower, AND my eyelashes grew! I mean, that was a huge difference because after having so many kids, my eyelashes were pitiful. Now they look like they did when I was a teen.So, then I ran out of the mineral blend and I was being really careful with my spending. I just couldn't fork out the $33 for another bottle. This last month while I haven't been using it, I've noticed my hair falling out a lot more in the shower and my nails are breaking constantly. I changed nothing else in my life. Is it the mineral blend?? Who knows, but I bought another bottle, because, well I'm a little vain, and I like my hair and I like my new eyelashes.As for other benefits that it claims:better immunity - I don't often get sick, so I can't speak to thisbetter sleep - well, I'm in menopause, have too many animals, and have never really slept great. I can say, however, during the time I wasn't using the mineral blend, my insomnia was much worse. Now that I'm using it again, we shall see.cognitive function - I can't say that I have too many issues here. Around the same time I started using this stuff, I also started using Gingko and my short-term memory greatly improved. So, maybe it was one or the other, maybe both.My ONLY complaint about this item is the lid. It comes with a plastic cup over the actual lid that is intended for pouring/measuring the 1 oz of liquid. I have NEVER been able to get that stupid plastic cup off of the lid. So I just pour straight from the bottle and eyeball it. No big deal.

In an effort to expand my repertoire of movies especially in a liquid form, I came across this. I have read about it many times but our society and medical establishment does not really teach us what we need to be healthy so the responsibility is on us each of the individuals and as Citizens to learn and affable help others. And that's the reason why I'm posting this right now. I take Trace mineral brand sea minerals with silver and Phoenix brand ionic minerals that are made from All Foods the way that Native Americans produced the supplement. All of them are very good and then I said well I'm out of these let me try something else and I added Vital Earth mineral mineral blend. Liquid supplement. I find this to be effective in furthering me along the path of healing from being a pile of Ash. It's kind of tasteless and it makes you wonder how could that be when the other ones are not for sure at all tasteless! This reminds me of the brown water that runs off the bottom of a pot when I water it in the spring and summer. And I think it is kind of like that only under controlled environment. Makes sense because that's what the plants eat, the water that's all browned up from being in the soil. Water is a transport mechanism for the minerals to get into the living bodies of plants and people animals. I find myself wanting and needing less of the others which maybe is good because they cost more LOL but I find a way to pay for this stuff because I'm never going to eat all of this hear any food, not that any of this can be found in food at this point.
