Small but mighty
I needed an adjustable small rod for laundry room hangers. It worked out well.

Perfect - easy to adjust, strong tension, no damage to walls!
I bought this for a sidelight window section near my front door. I needed something short (max of 12"). I couldn't find anything that could be attached to the wall. I wasn't sure a tension rod would work because there's only maybe 1/4"-1/2" area to place the rods. I also wasn't sure it would have the strength to hold up curtains. I searched for anything BUT for a tension rod. But this is all I could find that I thought would work so I bought it. And I'm so glad I got these. Super easy to adjust. Really nice strength to hold up curtains. And taking curtains down for cleaning couldn't be easier. And no damage to the walls!!! Love these!

These are surprisingly strong. I bought them to hang a few ball gowns in a small space in my closet and they work perfectly. I was worried they would fall down but I have had them up for awhile holding the heavy gowns with no problems!

sturdy for small windows or other uses, but some drawbacks
These are very well made and have a sturdy, flattened shape. The center has a large rubber edge where the two rod parts slide together, which can prevent curtains from being pushed aside. But the rubber edge is removable. The length/tension adjustment requires a screwdriver, and make sure to hold both pieces so that one section of the rod doesn't fall off when adjusting length. This is a true white and is sturdy. I use it for a curtain inside the bathroom window opening, but one that won't need the curtain to be swept back or moved much. It's also handy for vertical support in a tall kitchen cabinet when sliding in pot lids or cutting boards or cooling racks. Not as easy to slide curtains along it, or to adjust as the Graber brand, or in the round shape of the Graber.

Easy to adjust, strong, very useful. (review has tips for setting up)
Love that they're a two-pack; perfect for a narrow gap in our laundry room! Inconspicuous when I don't have hangers with damp clothes hanging from these . My family is glad I found these.Note: Because of the spring, you need to create a length at least 1/2" longer than the gap. Place one end on wall, then push the other end in till it's parallel. The spring will shorten and so will the rods to create a very tight fit. Because I am hanging hangers I (and sometimes over-engineer a solution) I used a level and nudged an end up/down to get it horizontal. You don't have to.

Fine I guess
Cheap. You have to adjust with a screwdriver to get it to the size you want. I guess it's fine if you put it up and never have to deal with it agian. But it was a pain to get them how I needed them.
