There is no information how to install the machine…. And no one came to install it as well

No Option of Space Bar
Your have to enter name and surname together. There is no Space Bar Option. No customer care available there. x

Useless . Data gets erased by itself
I had used it to set expiry date options for user in a gym. After setting it on first day , most of the expiry date got reset to "none" on second day. UselessThere is another feature call "Access control group" to set some groups which can do door access by card only , etc. If I set the users door access by card only , then the machine refused to validate their fingerprint. Useless.No installation manual , but not very hard to figure out.Software is etimetracklite , which is also very confusing without any help or guide.
