Perfect!!
Ok so.... this is just a surge protector but omg it is everything that I NEEDED. I honestly did not realize just how many surge protector options there are until I started searching for one that would meet all of my requirements: flat back angled plug for an outlet behind a credenza, at least 2 usb charging ports, and at least 3 really power outlets with wide-spaces in between them to accommodate the large Ring security system ac adapter, a Ring security keypad ac adapter and an Amazon Echo 3 ac adapter. I get overwhelmed with all of the options to choose from, and when it comes to electronics, I steer away from off-brand / unknown sellers due to concerns with quality issues. I ordered a few GE and Philips surge protectors, but they didn’t work in the space I wanted to use them in because the spaces between the outlet openings were too small. I did find other places in my house for them, so they didn’t go to waste. I even bought a couple Amazon Basics surge protectors which are really great quality but alas, the plugs were not flat. This Anker surge protector is PERFECT!!! Check out the pics!! I did end up moving my Echo to another location in my house so it’s not pictured, but it did fit perfectly when it was plugged in.

Functional, practical, slim, perfect for small spaces
The Anker power strip is a great solution when you need a slim strip and not too many outlets, perfect for a desk, the bedroom, the kitchen or any other area where you also use USB chargers. I just needed some extra outlets at my desk without creating too much bulk, and the 3-Outlet power strip was perfect for that. I'm not technical savvy enough to make statements about power, voltage or other electrical details. It just works as it's intended and even the USB ports charge really fast my phone and headphones. The strip is very light and easy to travel with (especially in a gaming backpack, or any fitting 15-17'' laptops), but doesn't skip on cord length. The plug is really small and can fit in tights places. The power strip body is slim and doesn't take too much surface. Overall the plastic and body seem good quality, not something easily breakable. The layout isn't that spacious, it fits most plugs, but definitely not 3 huge ones. The USB ports provide Turbo Charging for my Moto G smartphones.

Nice design, great quality AND it protects
I have had this for a few months now, and loved the look, very nice quality and nicely designed. Three USB ports very handy, and three regular. What I loved about this product is that the surge protector really worked. I noticed one night the plug strip wasn't working and wondered why. Through process of elimination I wondered if perhaps there was a power surge. I looked for the reset bitton. And there it was, on the side. I pressed the reset with the small needle I use for my SIM card and it started right on. Loved that it protected my valuable electronics. I reccomend.

Very good quality and charges fast!
I was not going to give it any “star” because I received a defective product. The power switch was loose and does not light up. I still tried charging my cellphone, but it keeps making that sound that alerts you, it’s not charging properly. I put everything back in the box to return, but thought of calling Anker Customer Service first. I spoke to a nice lady named Rochelle and she said I do not need to Return the product, a replacement will be processed and mailed to me. And sure enough, after 2 weeks (it was a holiday weekend at that time) I received the replacement and it’s working perfectly! I love the quality and feel of the material, and it may look thick and heavy to bring when you’re traveling, but it’s not that heavy. Just right. And it charges really fast! I can’t believe I just charged my “dead” Bose blueTooth earphones and it’s fully charged before I even finish this review! I love it! I love all the Anker stuff I have!

Three outlets, but can't fit more than two plugs
Anker is one of my "preferred" and "trusted" brands because they have proven that their products are really good quality, especially for the price. Furthermore, a product can have "good qualities" without actually being a "good design." The good qualities are that it's built really well. It feels like it's durable and it has a nice aesthetic. It also has guards to prevent stuff from falling into the slots. With three outlets presented, it would be expected that all three can be used at the same time. Unfortunately this isn't the case if you have devices with larger plugs due to the layout/orientation of the outlets. For whatever reason, Anker decided to orient the outlets in an unconventional way (compared to most power strips) which increased the chance of devices trying to occupy the same space when both are plugged in. Included is an example picture. We can see the Anker USB charger encroaches into the next space which prevents that outlet from being used. Seriously Anker? Two of your products don't play nice together...Hmm... The USB charger has the prongs oriented properly so the brick would not interfere with whatever was below (when plugged into the wall). Now you might wonder why I bought the strip when it's very clear that the orientation of the plugs is unconventional. Well it's really not something I thought about when buying a power strip. That's definitely on me though. The next question you might have is why I'm using a separate USB charger when this power strip has three USB ports. Well the simple answer is that none are "fast charging" so they're only used for devices which don't require fast charging. But yeah, I'm disappointed in Anker's design team on this.
