I’ve come to peace that I will always rent my books for college. As a nursing student tuition is more than factual as an expense. Saving money to rent is definitely the go. I bought this book for my first semester. it was roughly $12 vs the newer edition and had the same stuff the Professors would talk about. Definitely returning in order to continue saving money.

This book is for my two 200 level nursing courses. I find that the book gives you all the terms listed at the opening of each chapter which is a good thing so you know you should pay attention to the terminology. The review questions in the back of each chapter can help you so pay attention to those because those are the types of question you will be given on your test. Also purchase the study guide to this textbook because it will help you organize yourself better and it will help point out the main ideas of each chapter you cover.

I needed this book for school. I am in the nursing program and needed this book for my fundamentals class. The book is very clear and makes the class a little easier to understand. It provides step by step instructions for certain assessments that you will use. I would recommend this book to anyone in the medical field.

I enjoyed reading some of the text but it has way to much managerial blah blah blah for my needs. Still useful -- I felt totally lost caring for my mom when she came home from hospital and this helped calm me down somewhat. Just wish it were more practical for "basic" nursing.

I rented this book knowing that it wouldn't get me in time for my exam, but I still needed for future exams. The book arrived to me within 3 days of me ordering it and I receive it in time for this exam! The book was brand new, although the description indicated used. Excellent job getting it to me right away!
