The Animal Pak Vitamins are undoubtedly some of the best on the market, hands down. For the price, you get about a 2 month supply which is absolutely great. Unless you're taking two a day (which I don't think anyone needs to), these multivitamins are great if you love a good pump at the gym.Pros: Extra boost of energy at the gym - When I take the Animal Pak, I just feel healthier, less tired and cleaner. I have more energy after a hard workout, feel more alert and awake and happier.As said in some of the other reviews, I feel that I'm getting better sleep because of the ZMA Complex in the Paks. I sleep like a baby throughout the night and feel ready to go in the morning when I wake.Your body is getting all the vitamins and minerals it needs, you can literally feel the difference in how you feel when you're on the pak and off the pak. It's a great addition to your workout stack.I feel that my digestive system is more efficient or cleaner (don't really know how else to put it.) I never feel clogged up or cramped anymore because of the digestive aid. Also, I work around kids a lot and a lot of the staff and kids are usually sick. I've seen colds and bugs go around back and forth, but ever since I've been on the Pak I've not gotten sick once.The only cons to this product is that there are 11 pills in one pak, 3 of them are huge horse sized pills. They turn your urine neon green (commonly dubbed "Pak Piss")...it's harmless: It's just your body ridding the excess B12. If you can get past that, these are the best vitamins on the market. Amazon has always had the best price and customer service, don't even bother looking anywhere else! Trust me!
