I haven't noticed any difference in my hair yet; but, my fingernails look great. The taste is good too.

This was recommended to us by our farrier to strengthen our horses hooves. It did great! This horse has had hooves that have chipped and had issues for the entire time we have had him. We started him on this vitamin (several a day for a few weeks and then gradually back down to one a day) and they have tremendously improved his hooves.
