Chameleon Cab Speaker Cabinet Simulator Pedal

I got this for a couple reasons. I use it with my AMT SS-11A to be able to use the mp-3 in and headphones option on it, which it works great for. I also got this to be able to use with some of my old Boss and Ibanez distortion/overdrive pedals to be able to plug into this and then go straight into studio monitors instead of into an amplifier. It's a high quality product and does what it says it will do. I don't notice a huge difference in sound when turning the different knobs but it still sounds great to me.

Subtle but extremely effective and versatile. Read the instructions and watch the YouTube videos. Of course all the variations this pedal is capable of is more obvious under high gain and you can use that to train your ears to get what you want. Also really dig the extra line level inputs and outputs. Note that the AUX input bypasses and doesn't get effected by the speaker sim and is intended to be used as a play along with a media player.

This was exactly what I needed. I run direct out of a tech21 pedal that is supposed to have a speaker simulated output. I needed something to darken up my tone a little more and this pedal did the trick. I was able to dial in a fairly accurate representation of a mic' speaker cabinet.
