I noticed that my 3 year old seems to be left handed. He was really struggling with the scissors we had. I did not even know that left handed scissors are different! Once we got these, he has had so much more success! Very happy with these.

We have tried several more popular brands (Westcott, Fiskars) for my left-handed 5 year old, and these are the only ACTUAL left handed scissors we could find. Although they’re more pricey than other brands, my 5 year old is easily able to hold and use them, and they cut great. He has a mild fine motor delay that he was receiving OT services for, and these have helped improve his cutting skills tremendously. Definitely recommend!

These are true left handed scissors. However my four year old left handed grandson has difficulty using them . Like others have said, they are pretty stiff to open and close, and my grandson doesn't want to use them. His mom said maybe when he's s older he can handle them better. I wish they would open like the kids Westcott scussors. Westcotts are not true left handed scissors, although they claim they work for left or right handed kids. But, at least they open and close easily and smoothly. Wish the Lefty brand would make their scissors easy to open and close. I paid more for these and my grandson cant use themAt least not right now.

My son being left handed I knew we wouldn’t find scissors for him locally. We are on year two of using them, the first pair is still very much useable and it great shape, but we chose to switch for the second pair just because. Very durable, great price, and arrived quickly!

My son is a lefty, and since we're all right-handed I didn't realize just how difficult it will be to get him what he needs. They are a bit on the pricey side for kids scissors, but they are a great quality and cut really well so I'm not complaining - they should hopefully last him a good while. They are true left-hand scissors (we compared with our other scissors to be sure).

Changed my left handed son's life! Makes using scissors so easy. They work great and are great quality, but considering right handed scissors are $2, the price is a little steep! I am happy I bought them, worth the money to make my 5 year old's life easier!

This was a lifesaver for my left-handed students! You can buy ones that say they can be used for left or right handed students. Those do not work for those that are lefties! These really did put my kindergartners at ease when using them. I no longer saw the frustrated looks on their faces.

I got these for my then 4 yr old left handed granddaughter because she was having trouble cutting in pre school. She is now 5 and is cutting do much better. It was good that it's a two pack, so I kept a pair at my house so she can have a pair for her to use at my house too. They were reasonably priced and aren't too small for even an adult to use.
