Beware the measurements
I Purchased this on matte black based on its representations that it isb16 inches and would fit the same holes as our current 16” grab bar in silver. Not so- it is too short so we have to return it for another that will fit. A shame that we still had to pay our contractor for his time and will have to pay him a second time to come out to do the install once we find one that fits.Note: if you are replacing an existing 16 inch grab bar, be sure that the the diameter of the new, grab bar and the round discs supporting it are the same as the one you are replacing. Otherwise, you will have to drill new holes into the tile to install and the existing holes will also be exposed.

If you have old in family order it. You can save lifes. Each time the old people grap it means it save them from broken legs and hip.
