A interesting book
I purchased this for my son who actually wanted to read it and he was pretty happy with it.

decent translation, seems like the short version though....
this was a good read but it seems like a lot of the actual Kebra Nagast has been left out or replaced with stories from Jamaica. It seems to me that the actual Kebra Nagast is longer so I guess I still need to find a better copy....

Read it twice already
Great book, Rasta or not, great stories from the bible and life on the island, well written, hard to put down once you get started

Informative
This book is an informative look at the Rastafari ways. I own the hardcover version of this book and purchased the Kindle version because I was worried about the delicate pages used in the book being ripped or torn when reading.

Good Read
This was a good book I learned a lot about people I knew very little. Get the The Kebra Nagast: The Queen of Sheba and Her Only Son Menyelek as a companion book to go a long with. Enjoy the story.

Not a real epic and not worth reading.
This book has no value so my copy will go to the recycle bin.

Hidden History
Highly recommended, so well written I couldn't put it down. The proof that Ethiopians were God's chosen people has been hidden for far too long, what's been inflicted on the whole of Africa for hundreds of years is a wake up call for Africa to finally unite! If you've come this far, I would suggest reading works of HIM Emperor Haile Sellassie next and The Book of Enoch. The truth is being revealed, never stop searching and speak the true name of the Almighty, Yahweh will return! Stand strong all people's of the world for we are all descendants of the motherland.

Fantastic book
This book is a great piece written in a way that tells the story of a traveling man (white American Rasta) who goes on a pilgrimage to Jamaica and pays homage to Bob Marley, through out the book it tells the story of King David and The queen of Sheba including the Ark of the covenant and Twelve Tribes etc..The two stories intermingle and flit back and forth from one to the other, very well written and easy to understand, this IS NOT the Kebra Negast but a book written to explain the original story,. Highly Recommend .

To gain happiness fun reading good quality inside of The joys of knowledge
I’ll believe this book will give me pleasure as I have not the time to read it as yet but I do fatefully believe with the new books in order that I have paid for will give me plenty of years of enjoyment
