Fit perfectly.
This part was a perfect fit. It is a little difficult to install. I suggest heating up the cord end with a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the rubber. Then use some silicone grease and it should pop right on.

Works as expected
Fit both my shore power cords to connect them to a 50 to dual 30 amp "Y" adapter. Easy to install. Keeps cord from getting accidently unplugged at the adapter. Be sure to confirm existing connector has at least one of the threaded rings, as this unit only comes with one. Extra rings are also available.

Hubby needed a replacement and finally found one that worked, though he has to be careful not to over-tighten it - plastic parts you know. Works for now.

Marinco makes quality products. Would have made things simpler to clearly note this would be the adaptor for cord AND best way to fit onto cord..Saw heatgun used in past, have no idea if correct - never could find recommendationsHad no heat gun, compromised by using exhaust on truck (not recommended) was in pinch

Installs easily
Fit perfectly on a 30A plug. Using a little dishwashing soap made installation quick and easy. Technique is similar to installing a tire on a rim. Amazon price was excellent and it was delivered quickly. Very happy with this purchase.

Tight Fit!
I'm going to take care of this one. Installing it onto the plug was a pain... I was surprised I didn't break it trying. It fits snug and doesn't rotate that easily, making it difficult not to cross thread. I guess some light oil or something would help.

this ring should be included with the marinco 30 amp kit so you can connect the cord to the 90 degree cord to have a weather proof connection
