Very nice genuine Fender case with highend hardware and snug fit for Strat.
I should have bought two at this price! This case will fit you strat perfectly with little to no movement. If you’ve got a Tele, there will be some sliding back a forth but not much. See photos. The locking hardware is thick metal and is nice and sturdy. The tweed is nice and tight. Don’t wanna throw this case around as it seems prone to tears and rips. My two gripes: the plastic handle takes away from the high-end feel of this case. A leather handle would have put this case over the top! The screws for the metal feet are not recessed enough and you will scratch any wood surfaces this case is set on. I plan on filing these screws down. All in all, im very happy with this case and would by again. Bought for awesome price of $85, other places selling for $150+.

IMO, it's a good deal at slightly over a hundred bucks. Will sure protect your expensive guitar!
I'm surprised that this only got 67% 5 star reviews but then again, I don't know if other Guitar models (other) than Fender will fit in this unit. I assume not from some of the other reviewers here. However, for my purpose, it fits both my brand new Fender Thinline Semi Hollow Telecaster and my Fender Squier Stratocaster (barely). I said barely on the Strat because of the Knobs where the neck strap hooks onto protrudes enough that it's a tight fit. This case is built solid and if your guitar fits, I wouldn't worry about lugging it around and getting your guitar damaged. It's an attractive case on the outside but I'm not too crazy about the black interior as it makes it look like a casket (LOL!). Red or Blue interior would have made it that much more attractive. It has two pockets for accessories, and as you can see I have a capo, a guitar tuner, a 6' nylon guitar cable as well as a 10' cable and some picks. At Just over a hundred bucks, I feel that it's a good buy especially when you're trying to protect an expensive instrument.

Well made guitar case
Despite a few negative reviews, I went with the Fender case for $139 over knock-offs for as low as $79. It won't be going on the road, but I wanted a quality case for my Tele. I was not disappointed. The fit & finish were more than satisfactory, the case is beautiful, and it fits the Tele perfectly. Worth the money for authentic Fender gear.

Classy, vintage looking, medium build ca$e
I like it..as others have mentioned, it's probably a little over priced, but it fits my MIM Fender Strat super snug. It's not as tough as some other cases, but as someone who will only use it a couple times a month, I think itll fit my needs perfectly. I can confirm, however, that there is certainly a chemical order in the case; it's quite strong.

Simply awesome!!!
Beautiful!!! This case looks great on the outside. The brass hardware is a gorgeous accent to the tweed and brown leather. On the down side, I really wish they would have used a brown leather handle instead of the plastic handle it can with. It would have been that much more comfortable. Secondly, the screwheads on the feet aren’t quite recessed enough. I placed my case on a table and bumped it and left a three inch scratch on the surface of the wood table. Bummer. Lesson learned. The inside is plush, great funky vintage color, perfect fit for a strat. Two small compartments provide just enough space for most things. I wish there was a larger recess for the bottom strap button. I have fender locking strap buttons and I can’t leave the strap attached and set the guitar in the case. But to me, I’m nitpicking.I wouldn’t choose another case over this for my purposes. But if you need something that can withstand a bit more wear and tear, don’t get the tweed.

Awesome case!
Not sure why anybody would give this case a bad review. It is really nice for a $70 case. I have a Guitar Center FSR60S factory special run strat that didn't come with a case. This is perfect for it. Fits like a glove! The hardware is really nice, plush interior has no bad smell like one reviewer wrote. No cuts or damage to the tweed. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised that this is as nice a case as it is. I just couldn't see spending over $200 for the other Fender case.

Really nice hard guitar case by Fender.
I was going to give this 5 stars because it is a really nice hard guitar case. There is a metal " Fender" logo in the bottom right corner. Then I was only going to give it 4 stars since it's not holding my telecaster. The head on my tele is very large and over-sized from most that I've seen and it barely doesn't fit. I saw a deluxe telecaster that had a big, simular head, also. I guess it's the year it was made. My Schecter is in this case and the case I had for the Schecter has the tele in it. It's a nice case and if it hold your guitar; then you will love it. I ended up rating this case 5 stars.
