Perfect for the gym if you don’t like wearing gloves, I flip between both. I mainly use the liquid chalk for deadlifts. Awesome grip and lasts for a few sets might need to reapply in between sets if you sweat

Great quality lifting chalk - grippy without being sticky, dries quickly, hasn't dried the skin on my hands out. Suspect the bottle will last a long time as only requires a small amount to be effective.

I have tried many chalk grips and this is far and away the best. I train strongman and as such need to ensure my grip is spot on and this chalk does the job. You actually only need a little as the grip is superb.

This stuff is like witchcraft. Squeeze a little on your hands, rub them together like you would do with some hand sanitiser (avoiding the back) and then wait. As the liquid dries it leave behind a grippy chalk residue ready to go. It only takes a tiny amount, so this bottle looks like it will last quite a long time.This will mostly be used in a bouldering context to create a foundation of chalk without the initial mess. Obviously this isn’t appropriate for taking up onto the wall for reapplication, but it’s a really useful way to get a base of chalk onto your hands.A bit of soap and water and a tiny bit of elbow grease gets this back off your hands.

Not impressed, the chalk itself is not bad. The bottle lid is the worst one i've had so far though, it breaks easily, clogs up and just dries so easy. I ended up having to unscrew the lid and just use my finger to apply chalk. Would not buy again

CERBERUS Strength Atlas Grip Liquid Chalk (250ml)I go bouldering at least twice a week, which means I go through a fair amount of chalk. The problem I always have with traditional chalk is that it gets in the air and by extension your lungs, which is one of the last places I want it to be.This chalk deals with that problem superbly well. It comes as a thick solution, that is easily administered. Though I would warn people that it comes out of the bottle with surprising speed so it is easy to over dose. The alcohol evaporates very quickly, leaving a thin layer of chalk on your hands or whatever other area you have applied it too.It doesn't rub off too quickly and during the average 1.5 hour session I usually end up applying it twice. It does leave the skin a little dry as the chalk is suspended in alcohol, but nothing a bit of hand cream cannot fix.
