I LOVE this it's comfortable it's not too snug but if you do have a bigger head it will be tight, there isn't much padding but not noticeable it connects to your phone amazing, and as pretty great audio, I'm using it instead of my earbuds do to ny ears being sensitive, and they work great the strap is not adjustable, and they definitely aren't sound proof and can basically hear everything just a little quieter the design is nice you can skip whatever your listening to forward and backwards, they came almost fully charged and I've been using them for about 3 hours and the battery had not gone down at all, I'm so happy with my purchase, I also wear glasses and they don't hurt at all to wear with the headband they get ajar a bit but they don't hurt and work great with it, I was also not tired at all when I put the head phones on but they have relaxed me and made me a bit tired which shows that they help with sleeping!!!!

Fit is great, battery is insane- I'll leave it on all night and only use 20% battery, had it for a couple months now. Some negatives to keep in mind are the position of the speakers might not be perfect for your head shape and the headband can slide off if you toss and turn at night. When you max the volume it has this awful, loud beep to tell you it's maxed and it's the worst thing to hear when you're trying to sleep, so just be mindful not to max it. The controls on the headband are a joke as well, don't even use them.All that negativity aside, they connect well, they fit me pretty decently, the sound is plenty good enough when the speakers are positioned right, and they're comfortable enough even when side sleeping. The battery being as long as it is, to be honest, is the biggest shocker. I charge this headband once or twice a week and use it every night.

I purchased these so I could sleep with headphones on. They work good for that purpose because when I lie down it pushes the speaker closer to my ear and increases the sound while drowning out other noise. If I am not lying on my ear, the sound is just not as good as my over ear, noise cancelling headphones. They are comfortable to wear while sleeping and easy to remove the hardware to wash the band. They seemed to charge quickly and held a charge for a long time. I control the speakers through my music app rather than through the controls on the headphones- I cant' tell which button does what without looking at them and I am generally not inclined to take the headphones off so I can control the volume etc. The bluetooth worked well and I had no problems connecting with my phone.

I’ve had this for 3 years now and it still works great.I’m a stomach sleeper, so I have had problems finding headphones that will allow for this. This product is inexpensive and it does the job of letting me listen to ASMR videos as I fall asleep.Pros:-It allows for stomach or side sleeping with relative comfort-The headband is washable. It will soak up the oil from your skin over time, so you will need to wash it.-The sound quality is decent for the priceCons:-The max volume isn’t very loud, so you need a completely quiet environment to get enough volume for ASMR or ambient noise videos-It is kind of a pain to remove the headphones from the headband when you need to wash it and even more of a pain to put them back in.I’ve been looking to upgrade, but haven’t found anything that has the same level of comfort for stomach/side sleeping.I’m giving this 5 stars because it does what it is supposed to and you can’t beat the price.

So I have anxiety and really struggle with that, especially at night. I've found listening to white noise, meditations, or similar things really help me fall asleep faster. I have a roommate so I don't want to play them out loud and disturb them. Enter these headphones. The battery life is decent, and I can usually go 2-3 days between them charging as long as I set a auto-stop timer on my audio. I'm a side sleeper and don't really feel these at all, and they don't disturb me when I sleep.That being said, I tend to buy these in sets of twos. One to use and one as a backup because the wires in the headphones are SUPER thin (think traditional wired earbuds thin). In theory that shouldn't be a problem, but I toss and turn in my sleep and often wake up with the headphones not on my head. After a while the wires take a beating, especially around the actual speakers and the charging port. Eventually the plastic coating breaks, the wire is exposed, and a speaker gives out or they stop charging. But they're so darn comfortable and have helped me sleep so I'm willing to put up with it.
