Apple iPhone XR, 128GB, Blue (Renewed)

My son dropped his old phone, purchased this for not much more than a screen replacement would have cost. It has large storage 128GB and I couldn’t believe the condition it was in. It was like a brand new phone out of the packaging. He has had the phone now for 5 months, everything works great without any issues. He loves it and treats it like a brand new phone, you would never guess it was not brand new looking at it. It also came with a warranty which gives you piece of mind. I myself will definitely purchase again from this seller if anyone in the household needs a new phone.

The phone looks new with no marks whatsoever . It functions as new I hope this company does well It is a pity some others on Market Plce do not reach the standards of this company

iPhone came quick and in almost like new condition, no scratches or marks on the back. One small manor scratch on the front barely visible. Battery health 94% . Thank you

DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS SELLER WHEN I PURCHASED A PHONE FROM THEM I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH AUTHENTIC APPLE PARTS THE PHONE LOOKED OK WHEN I RECEIVED IT BUT AFTER 30-40 DAYS IT STARTED PLAYING UP THE SCREEN WOULD STOP WORKING AND WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE PHONE WENT FLAT TO POWER IT BACK UP FOR IT TO WORK AGAIN SOMETIMES I HAD TO WAIT OVER A DAY FOR IT TO WORK AGAIN IT HAPPENS EVERY WEEK AND THE BATTERY WOULD GO FLAT VERY FAST COMPARED TO MY OLD PHONE EVEN THO IT WAS MEANT TO HAVE BETTER BATTERY LIFE NOW I HAVE HAD TO BUY A BRAND NEW WORKING PHONE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I HAVE JUST RETURNED THE PHONE FOR THEM TO TELL ME I CAN NOT HAVE A REFUND AND THEY WILL FIX IT I DONT THINK SO I HAVE HAD TO BUY ANOTHER PHONE BECAUSE OF THE FAULTY PHONE RECEIVED FROM THEM I DONT WANT ANOTHER PHONE FROM THESE SELLERS I WANT MY MONEY BACK IF NOT I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER AND CONTACTING AMAZON TO HELP ME WITH THIS IF YOU WANT A GOOD QUALITY PHONE WITH REAL APPLE PARTS AND NO HASSLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Bought this phone for my son and the phone came to me on 80% battery health and changed to 79% a few weeks later. The phone shut off randomly and when I plugged it in it kept saying "0% Remaining" instead of saying it's charging. Contacted the seller and then he replaced it and gave it back to me on 77% battery health instead of a new battery. Dropped from knees height once and the lcd cracked and was leaking. Functioned poorly, not worth the money, easy to setup and didn't scratch. However, the phone condition was good. Additionally, the seller was refusing to give me a refund saying that he would need to subtract a usage fee acting like it's my fault he didn't do his job properly. It took 5 MONTHS just for me to get a refund. Bloody ridiculous.

I was a little nervous buying a renewed phone, but I needn’t have worried. Whilst only on its first day of use I am really pleased. The case and screen look like new. The battery is at 90%, I was hoping for closer to 100% but that’s probably picky on what is not a new product. I’ve not set up face recognition yet, as I don’t use it, but I’ve got 12 months to find out should I choose. Highly recommended and would certainly buy from the vendor again.
