After only a few months this keyboard/case literally fell apart. The quailty of the material used to make it is of the cheapest quality and consequently develops cracks along the part that hinges. Customer service is of the worst possible kind. When I contacted Hao Hui, they simply said, in effect "so sorry, out of warranty". My feeling is that since they have an inferior product they would want to go out of their way to rectify the situation and provide some semblance of customer service: Has Hui has done neither. If ever you consider buying any electronic assessories, stay as far away from this company as possible.

Product never worked. Charged it as instructed until the light changed from red to green. Would not connect to the iPad and once disconnected from the charger it immediately lost power.

I absolutely regret this product. It doesn’t hold a charge since the moment I charged it. It has never worked. Not only did I call about it not working and they sent me a new one, the second one didn’t work either.

Is being given as gift so hasn’t been used yet. But case looks sturdy.

I buy a $70 case only for it to come without a charger. In the description it says a charger would be included. That’s a lie. Wish I wouldn’t of purchased and would love my money back.
