Q: My shampoo was delivered frozen, once it thaws is it still good to use?

I suppose once it thaws it will be alright to use. I did not like this product AT ALL. It left an awful coat of greasy material on my hair that also killed the shine for days. I had to wash my hair with vinegar to eliminate the residue. Good luck with it, but it was not good for me. I bought it to repair some 'damage' but this remedy was worse than the original and not so bad dryness.
