Works great for us
The printer works great for our needs. We use it to print monthly statements and other reports throughout the month using older software, and we also print mailing labels. We use both the standard paper width and the wide format paper, as well as heat seal paper on the wide format.

Not exactly as described
It was packaged nicely but did not have all the connection points I needed (it was supposed to be network ready but was not). Had to return.

No Instructions
Don't waste your time.This printer do not come with instruction on how to use. This is my first time using a dot matrix printer and Im beyond lost. I had to look up the manual online. For something that cost over $500 it should come with instructions. My one issue I'm having is that the printer is printing lines through the documents when it prints. All I'm seeing is clean the nozzle. But it there's no information to be found on how to clean it. Just horrible.

Current Printer Drivers, good print quality
This was purchased to replace an Okidata 321 Turbo. It seems to be as sturdy as the Oki but it has a 24pin head instead so it has better print quality. Windows instantly found the printer and it appears to be fully compatible with Oki but at a much better price. Will it be a work horse like the Oki? That remains to be seen but keeping my fingers crossed.
