Nice little sign
This is a good little sign. We stuck ours on our front door's side light (side window) near the doorbell button. We have hopes that despite its size, solicitors will see it before they push the doorbell. Its plastic with a copper coating or paint. Its quality etching in the plastic. I worry about what the copper may look like in a few years, but for now it looks good. I would have given it 5 stars, but it came with just one narrow little strip of double sided tape to hold it. I think it should have had more tape to hold it in place for years of use. All in all, not bad. Well see if its big enough to be effective, or if we need a bigger sign.

Perfect size to fit next to the round doorbell on my old house. The other signs are very large and tacky looking. I don't want or need a sign that you can read from a block away that implies I have an attitude problem.Even though I do. I hate solicitors with a passion and would rather shoot them, so its better they see this polite little sign first. I haven't had a single salesman in 3 months since installing it. You're saving them time too. If the doorbell rings now, it's either an invited guest or neighbor/emergency. In fact if a "solicitor" rings it now, I'm going to assume they're a burglar checking to see if the house is empty.

Works for me
Decent quality plastic sign material with metallic finish. Laser engraving is clear, clean and easy to read. Lightweight.Notes;- Pay attention to size- The double sided tape could be better quality but easily replaced- They do stick you with the shipping cost, it arrived in an envelope with a standard postage stamp. I wish the company would just charge what they want for the product up-front instead of the shipping cost swap game. I would have bought it anyway!

awesome sign. i like the verbiage
awesome sign. i like the verbiage: it clearly communicates the message while also softening it with a lil "thank you!" at the end. the colors contrast very well for high visibility, but i find that the sign itself is a little bit smaller than what i'd prefer. it comes with adhesive to mount the sign to its location, but i'm leary of the life of that adhesive.

The sign is expensive looking and unobtrusive above your doorbell BUT didnt work 100%. Its too nice, still had turds pounding on my door for bs "surveys" or "Jehovah Witness discussions" or tea party nuts.gave this one to my sisterinlaw and got one with a little more wording that said...NO SOLICITING- no sales-products-surveys-flyers political or religious views. THAT is the one you wanna get, after putting this one up..no more floridiots pushing their unwanted stuff. Its been six mos of total bliss! This sign, not so much...

Nice sign, but small and a rip off on shipping charges.
This sign would be exactly what we wanted if it were just a couple inches bigger. The color and sticky backing are perfect, but it's pretty small, so hopefully solicitors will see it. A major con is that they charged $4.99 for shipping when the product was only $2.99. I justified this by thinking it would be bigger and would save me a trip to the store, but it's so small and light that the shipping charge should have been closer to $1. I definitely feel ripped off on the shipping charge.

It doesn't stick out like a sore thumb like other signs
A little smaller than I' hoped, but it does the trick! Big reduction in knocks on my door. It doesn't stick out like a sore thumb like other signs, but if you have it placed near your front door or entry way, solicitors should get the message.

go away, politely
there was a parade of solicitors marching down the street, right towards my home. Full Fanfare. As they got closer, the muffled drum relaxed a bit and they could read what I had placed next to the door.---NO SOLICITING---But it looked so nice and polite that they weren't mad at me at all, but continued to march on to the next house to sell Amway.Edit: I heard it wasn't Amway but Confederated Products. Apparently it is different, better. They sell better products.
