Q: I need to purchase another lock like this. Does the reset key come with it and can it be used on other M176 locks (can't find the reset key)?

Two very small reset keys. They look like they are for a Kids jewelry box. Kinda cheap and tiny.

Assuming you're talking about the Combination Lock ? Because you're talking about "Resetting" There are 2 very small resetting keys. Don't under any cercomstances loose these or you're forever stuck with that one Combination. If your talking about the "Keyed" lock it comes with 2 Keys.

Q: Can the back up entry key be duplicated by our locksmith or hardware so multiple family members can have have back up keys?

As far as I know a locksmith can only make those keys. You can also send them or the lock "Key Code" to Master to change a Keyed Lock or get more keys. I'd just go to a Locksmith.
