I have prime and mine came within a few days even with Coronavirus epidemic going on.

What are the box dimensions that this ships in?

I discarded the box long ago, so I can only say that it was very large.

Would this be too small for a 3 year old? Specially with the floorboard in?

yes, too small for a 3 year old with the floorboard in. My grandchild is 19 months old and we had to take the floorboard out a long time ago! She does love it and it is adorable.

My daughter is tall for her age, 36 inches, will she be cramped in this?

No; my daughter is about that height and she loves it!
