Wonderful paper to print coloring pages! Here are some tips for printing successfully :)
I ordered this paper so I could print coloring pages from digital files, based on a recommendation from YouTube colorist Sarah Renae Clark. It is PERFECT!I print pages on my HP laser printer, and I haven’t had any issues. The paper is thick, actually slightly heavier than recommended for my printer, so I use the manual (foldout) feeder tray, and I adjust print settings to “heavyweight paper”. I also fan the paper stack before placing it in the feeder, to make sure the pages will feed nicely, one at a time. I’m not even sure if this last step is necessary, but so far everything has worked flawlessly, so I’ll keep doing it.I noticed one side of the paper has a little more texture than the other side, so I make sure the paper is fed so that the textured side is the one that is printed. The paper itself is nice and thick, with a slight creamy tint to the white. I use colored pencils which feel really nice on this paper. It’s heavy enough that I think it would work for markers too, but blending might be an issue since the paper is textured rather than smooth. Although it’s quite heavy, if you put it on a light table, you could trace a pattern from something else.It will take me a while to get through a whole ream, but I will definitely be ordering more.

Perfect for me
Very good quality thick cardstock with a slight texture. My acrylics don’t bleed through one bit (though I haven’t tested something like an alcohol marker— but this paper is probably thick enough for that too). I’ve been able to print on it successfully as well, which makes swatch sheets a dream!

A Fountain Pen User's Dream Paper
A couple of days ago, I was searching Amazon for high-quality, ink-friendly papers. I own about 135 different fountain pen inks and recently decided to create individual handwritten sample sheets for each ink and gradually accumulate a binder-full that I can visually refer to when choosing candidates for inking up new pens or changing out a pen's ink for something different.I settled on Neenah 67 lb. Bristol cardstock, Product # 91633, 94 white; a ream of 325 sheets for the modest price of $13.00.I wanted something thick enough to write on both sides of a sheet; for example, when I have an ink in six or seven different pens, I will have enough space to write a sample from each pen on a single sheet. This should be useful as I have found that the same ink can look very different among each inked pen, due to nib size, wet or dry writing characteristics and so on.I tested a single sheet of this paper using three different pens and inks (see photo) and was delighted to find no feathering, bleed-through or ghosting. The paper has a very fine, subtle texture to it, which made for very pleasurable writing, with just a hint of feedback and softness, generating that elusive, desirable tone of a smooth nib on fine, well-made paper. It made me want to keep writing just to hear and feel more; to assure myself this is the right paper for my project. And that it is.If you are a fountain pen user, I highly recommend you give this paper a try. If it doesn't work for you, use it up in your inkjet or laser printer, or your birdcage. But you should find it to your liking, I'm sure of it.

Lighter weight than expected
Lighter weight than I expected but still nice enough to use for my project. Worked well with my laser printer and printed nicely.

Colored pencils... but also crayons, markers, even watercolor.
I'm a school teacher and I printed maybe five hundred coloring pages with this. What makes it so useful is that it has a little "tooth" so the pencil or crayons can rub off. Most copier paper goes for extra smooth, which is not what you want in art paper. It's also a little absorbent so markers look really great. It's not the perfect watercolor paper but definitely better than regular copier paper being a little less buckle prone.Ironically, it's not particularly good copier paper. Because it's not smooth, the lines are not crisp and black. The copied image can even rub off a little but for my purposes that doesn't matter much.As a public school teacher, I pay for this out of my own pocket, so I like that it is much cheaper than fine art paper.
