We used this to go under a gown for a formal school event! It worked perfectly. It fit well (true to size), and blended smoothly under dress. It did add poof and was easy to sit in. The only downfalls were my poor girl felt it was uncomfortable on the waist. It is essentially a long string like in sweatpants or hoodie. Given it was formal, this went directly on her and did not have tights or anything to help the comfort. Other than that, it was perfect! She had to sit on stage to be crowned and it did not flare up or cause any issues. Would recommend.

I bought this, and 2 other hoop skirts, to attempt to put them under one of my twin’s Halloween costumes. None of them fit or looked right. They are too short, but too wide, and you can clearly see the hoops through the costume material, so it’s better off without the skirts.I put in a return for the two others- not a problem. This one? Non returnable? WHY? I got it on Prime, and it’s not underwear, so I don’t get it. Guess I’ll be eating the $10+ tax, but not cool. I have no use for it. At least if I could exchange it for one much larger, maybe I could use it for myself in the future at SOME point in time. I have no more small kids, so this is worthless to us.The quality is OK, I mean the price is good, but if it doesn’t fit and/or work out under what you bought it for.. it’s useless. I gave it an OK rating of 2.5 stars, rounded up to 3 stars, ONLY to be fair to the product quality vs. the price point, which is quite affordable.The product loses two+ stars for being ill fitting, compared to the size chart. It should have worked out better, and being non-returnable, where I didn’t see that anywhere when I bought it 🤷‍♀️. Just letting you guys know, I’m case you are taking a risk, too.. this seller won’t take returns, but others will, and have the same, or very close prices. (One other I bought was the same, $9.99, and the other one was $12.99.)Oh well. Anyway, you can’t use this under thinner material costumes. The dress or costume must have quite thick material to hide the hoops well.Urgh! Happy Halloween, anyways!2.5 turned to 3 stars for this one 🌟.I hope my review is helpful :).
