I got this for my 80 year old dad after my mam put his old one in the washing machine. He just wanted a phone that he could make and recieve calls. It was a simple process of putting his old sim card in and it worked perfectly. He said its very clear when he makes calls, I cant comment on any other of the features as my dad doesn't do text message. But if you want a cheap simple phone to make and receive calls, this is the one for you.

Lovely little phone, ideal for my needs. But I will need a replacement, as the control buttons keep "freezing".......Oh dear, the replacement is even worse !. Had to return it. Must have been a bad batch !Will now have to be looking to order a different make. !

Cheap , stick it in the glove locker , for occasional use. It’s an old tech phone in a fresh wrapper , camera poor , things like texting really fiddly and remind me of my first mobile! But purely as a phone it’s actually quite good. Gets reception anywhere and is very clear sound. Like the flip top as you don’t ‘pocket phone’ people

A nice-looking tiny phone which is suitable for a person of any age who only wants to text and make and receive calls.It is also ideal as a first phone for a child.ITS GOOD POINTS:The on/off button responds quickly without any effort.The flip-cover stops the keys being pressed accidentally in stand-by mode.The keyboard only requires a light touch.ITS BAD POINTS:The photos and videos are of poor quality.The screen is too small for internet access.Possibly, an old person may find the size of the text too small on the screen. Of course, it is a tiny phone and it will not suit people who like their phones bigger.Overall, it is good value for money if a person only needs it for a phone and texts.

Good value, easy to use bog standard phone. 3 stars because they are not 2g they are 3g so the kids can still get on the internet which is exactly what I wanted to stop.

Big buttons, small and lightweight in a colour that tends to be easier to spot if mislaid around home for example,myten year old pleased with it,as if needed in an emergency for example it offers her a quick and easy option to speak to someone and has a little basic game she enjoys playing on it-without a load of inappropriate stuff available on it like smart phones offer..it gives a parent added assurance about the device they are left alone within their hands....

I brought this for my 95 year old grandma and it’s really easy to use and rings loud enough for her to hear! Great buy if you want something simple!
