Description
When describing Ricardo Arjona's new album, adjectives like stripped down, barely there and in the nude all come tomind. 'Poquita Ropa' (Almost Naked) is a collection of Ricardo Arjona's songs in his purest form both lyrically and instrumentally, surrounded by the bare minimum musical instruments to compliment and accompany his bohemian voiceand deep intellectual lyrics. This album is musical art in its purest form; in the nude. There are twelve great songs on 'Poquita Ropa' including a beautiful 8-minute track called 'Puente' (Bridge), dedicated to all the Cuban people who have been separated from their roots due to ideological circumstances.'Poquita Ropa' is a unique recording that complements the great albums of Arjona's successful career. A musical jewelthat is sure to become a fan favorite.
