Exceptional Juicer and Even Better Customer Service!
I’ve had this juicer for over three years now, and it has been nothing short of amazing! The performance is still top-notch, and it has made juicing at home both easy and enjoyable. Whether I'm making fresh orange juice, green smoothies, or even carrot juice, this juicer handles it all with ease. It’s powerful, efficient, and easy to clean – everything you want in a high-quality juicer. However, what really sets this product apart is the customer service. After three years of regular use, I encountered a small issue with some components. I reached out to the seller, and they were incredibly responsive. They not only acknowledged my concern right away but also sent me the replacement parts without hesitation. This level of customer care is truly rare and worth mentioning – it's clear they stand behind their product and are committed to ensuring customers are happy long after the purchase. If you're considering a juicer that’s both reliable and backed by outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this one. The product is solid, and the support is second to none. Definitely a great investment for your kitchen!

VERY happy update…
September 2022 Update: My juicer is still working very well and I learned that, yes, it will juice carrots as long as I cut the pieces small or use shredded carrots! Pineapple is wonderful, too. Cut into small chunks and put them in last because it’s a more fibrous fruit. The same with carrots. What I do is - as the machine is so easy to disassemble- take off the extruded spout and the filter, give them a quick scrub with the brush provided and reassemble to do the carrots or pineapple. A cool TIP I got from another person is to put a small garbage bag in the extruder jar to keep it clean and have one less thing to wash! Then all you do is take it out with all the pulp (if you’re not going to use it) and toss it in the garbage. One and done! I’m still loving the benefits of juicing for my health. My skin has cleared up so well. I honestly have more energy during the day, and as I’m purposely juicing for chronic pain from my various disabilities, I’m better able to reduce the inflammation and pain so much better juicing specific recipes aimed for that purpose. Of course, I have my doctors’ guidance and have incorporated exercise and soothing at-home therapies WITH juicing. This juicer is truly worth having. I pray it helps others, also. God Bless all 🙏🏽 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My JOCUU masticating juicer arrived in its original manufacturer’s box well taped and addressed. No damage to the box, thankfully. Each individual piece was properly wrapped in plastic and secured in a molded cardboard form inside the box. All parts are in clean pristine condition. After washing and properly drying each part, I assembled the machine according to the instructions. Only concern was on the direction for the filter piece. I wasn’t sure if that piece was to be inserted completely INSIDE over the auger, but figured it out. Still not certain if it’s supposed to CLIP IN to the “housing” because there doesn’t seem to be anything to snug it into. I cut up some apples into small chunks because this machine crushes and squeezes the produce via the auger, unlike a centrifugal juicer, so you don’t want to force large pieces into it. Chop up your pieces about the size of your first thumb joint or smaller. {DO NOT FORCE the pieces through or go too fast or the machine WILL jam.} I added a thawed from frozen blend of strawberries, cherries, blueberries and kale (all previously chopped), three different types of grapes. I stopped the machine every minute or so to go between soft and hard setting according to my items. As long as I added the pieces slowly and didn’t rush everything processed very nicely. The juice yield was much higher and so much richer than with my centrifugal juicer, with much less foam. The pulp extruded into the catch cup properly and mostly dry. I like some pulp so I put a little bit back into my drink container. I’m not sure how it’ll work with carrots or harder produce like beetroot so I think I’ll use my centrifugal for those as advised by more experienced and professional folks. In summation, my blend turned out much tastier than I thought it would! Disassembly was simple and wash up easier than with my centrifugal machine. So far I’m very happy with this juicer and can recommend it, especially for SOFTER fruits, vegetables; things easily mashable. As advised by one of my juicing class instructors, use cold press/masticating machines for softer produce, centrifugal for harder more sturdy items. Bright Blessings to you and your health 🙏🏽

Juicing Joy
As a seasoned juicer enthusiast, I’ve danced with a few models from Amazon, but let me tell you, this one gets me buzzing – just like my morning brew! First off, let’s address the chopping business. Yes, you’ll need to give your fruits and veggies a quick chop before tossing them into this juicer, but once you get into the rhythm, it’s smooth sailing. I simply toss everything into a bowl, give it a chop, and let the juicer work its magic. Now, let’s talk assembly – the dreaded number of parts. Don’t let it intimidate you! This juicer is a breeze to assemble, use, and clean. Two thumbs up from this lady for simplicity and ease of use. But wait, there’s more – the yield. Initially, I was a tad concerned about the moisture content in the refuse, but fear not! A quick run-through of the juicer 2-3 times and voila – I was pleasantly surprised by the yield. Waste not, juice a lot! And can we talk about aesthetics? I opted for the green model, expecting a bright hue, but was pleasantly surprised by its darker teal shade. It’s like adding a pop of color to my kitchen – juicing in style, if you will. In summary, this juicer has won my heart and earned its spot as a solid four cups of coffee experience (4 out of 5 ain’t bad!). While I’ve had juicers that packed a bit more punch, this one still delivers great quality and leaves me real pleased with my morning juice routine. Here’s to sipping on health and happiness! 🍏🥕🥒☕☕☕☕

Gets the job done. Set up and making juice in 10 minutes.
I bought this to juice grapes from my yard which are sweet but small, and a huge pain to remove all the stems. I received the machine, opened the box, followed the manual for assembly and was making juice in 10 minutes. I cut the big stems off and it handled all the small stems fine, spitting out little pulp/stem logs. The grape juice is wonderful and I am moving on to cucumbers and apples when they are ripe. Not hard to clean. Pieces come apart and I threw them in a bowl of hot soapy water and they were easy to wash. Unit has a lot of plastic on it but feels pretty sturdy. Time will tell how it will hold up with the whole family abusing it, but seems substantial enough. I do recommend a REALLY good, thorough washing of any produce prior to juicing. Whatever is on the fresh produce will wind up in the juice. Dirt from the garden, spider webs, and small bugs are natural occurrence in an organic garden. Soak produce and scrub/wash well.

a great value at this price point
I did a LOT of research on juicers before i made my purchase. I wanted a masticating juicer that was fairly easy to use, assemble, and clean, and a company to stand behind it, at a price point of no more than $600.00. You’d think with that kind of budget i would have opted for a higher-priced machine than the Jocuu and yet, while many of the higher priced machines had good reviews based on usage, their customer service was rated very poorly. I chose this machine partly due to the reviews of use and service, but also bc it had a stainless steel strainer, and few parts to assemble........Wanted to wait for a few weeks of usage before reviewing, and it’s been that long so here goes. So far I am thrilled with this purchase. The machine is small enough to sit on the counter without looking like a monolith, the pieces are few and quick to assemble, dis-assemble, and clean. The machine comes with a small, stellar cleaning brush for the parts (esp the filter), and does a great job of juicing. I juice a lot of celery, one of the harder to extract veggies, and the Jocuu does a fine job with it. I feed the pulp back through the machine to get more juice and the machine handles that pretty well too. I’ve done other fruits and veggies occasionally so far, and been very pleased with the performance. This machine is hard to beat for all the reasons above, esp for the price point, and I confidently recommend it. Oh! also, in the box it came with a card that offered an extra year warranty. I emailed the info requested and got a pleasant, personal reply within one day. So far, I’d give this purchase 5 stars for use, cleaning, performance, price, and service.

This machine works like a GEM. I mean GEM!!!
WOW. I just received my juicer, couldn't wait to set it up. I washed the parts, assembled it after drying (it is really easy to follow). There is a tutorial on youtube if you need assist. I took 1 green bellpepper, 3 long stalks of celery, about 1 1/2 inch of fresh ginger, 1 japanese cucumber, 1 large lime and 1 purple carrot. I juiced it an ran the discarded pulp through one more time - WOW!!! The juice is so refreshing, tastes incredibly fresh (as it has no additives. This machine is quite. I runs a little more audible with the harder vegetables like carrots and celery. But this machine is AMAZING. Really easy to clean. I am not one to write reviews, but not only couldn't wait to juice but to write about it. For a fairly small, low profile juicer - it packs a wallop. DO NOT HESITATE to purchase this juicer. I promise you, you will be not only satisfied, but impressed. Thanks for letting me share about my experience.

Awesome juicer for my first time juicing!
A few years ago a friend of mine showed me his juicer, and we made some pretty wild juices: spinach + ginger + carrot + apple + jalapeño, for example. The juice was one of the best things that I've ever tasted, and I've always thought about buying a juicer since then. He told me that they were pretty expensive, which made me think that they were two to four times more expensive than this Jocuu Juicer. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I do some quick research on the juicers that are available. I picked this one, and I'm really glad that I did. It works very well! Throw almost anything in there, and it slowly munches it up just like it should. It comes with a very nice sized bowl for the juice and for the pulp. I feel like the yield is almost as good as you can ask for with this type of juicer. I'll list the things that I have tried so far with some comments on how well they've worked. Spinach: Works well but need to be careful not to jam too much in at once or you need to combine it with something else. Kale: Similar to spinach but a bit easier to work with because of the stems. Carrot: Works perfectly and very high yield. Apple: Same as carrot. Beet: Same as carrot. Celery: You can juice an entire stalk by just sticking it down the chute. Takes a little bit bit of extra force. Ginger: Works perfectly. Peaches: Same as carrot. Lemon: Peeled it first and it was great. As far as assembly and cleaning goes. It comes in many pieces which is immediately a bit intimidating: the chute, the shaft, the sieve, the head, the two bowls, the plunger. Once you get it together for the first time (took me about 5 minutes to figure it out), you will see how it all makes sense. This also means that it's slightly tedious to clean, but everything is well made and it comes apart easily, so you can practically throw everything in the sink and wash it in about 3 minutes. It's very worth it because the juice is incredibly delicious! I included a video of me making some juice. I like to make some "crazy" juices with many different ingredients, but it's soo good! The layers that you see in this juice are: Apple, Carrot, Celery, Kale, Ginger, Beet. It was awesome! Fresh juice like this is a really unique experience.

Works great!
My son and I, who are seriously not mechanically inclined, put this machine together and juiced oranges after maybe 20 minutes. Within 40 minutes, it was all cleaned and ready for the next use. I had zero trouble taking this thing apart which seemed to be a common issue based on other reviews. The machine was quiet and the juicing was quick and precise. The actual juice tasted like liquid health! It was delicious and pulp free. A few things to remember: 1. This is NOT a machine that will save you money. There is a reason the juice industry can support so many competitors after all. You are buying this to enjoy the benefits of preservative free juice. 2. It takes a lot to make a little. We probably ran four good seized orange through it to yield 24 ounces of juice. We actually ran the pulp back through to require it too. 3. All that said, on its initial use this thing wowed me. I have had juicers before, but the arduous cleaning process really made it not worth it . This machine changes that. It is well worth the money!
