While the quality is cheap, this item is not. The information related to Thule 933300 Easyfold XT 2-Bike Towbar Carrier is not true and very misleading when compared to other Thule Easyfold XT 2-Bike Towbar Carriers. The return policy is also very poor. You will be on the hook to pay for the return and wait for it to be inspected in England before a refund will be issued.- While it is stated it has integrated bike loading ramp that is not true, one must lift and place their 80 lb. E-bike upon the rack- It states it Fits 1.25" and 2" receivers, but it will not fit the standard US 1.25" and 2" receivers. One must buy a Euro Trailer Hitch and modify it to fit/ attach to an American operated automobile and then receive the Thule Easy Fold XT 2 Hitch Bike Rack. This will cost an additional $100 to get to this point and you still aren’t done.- It states Fast and effortless tool-free installation, but that is far from true when installing on a standard American hitch, again, it will not fit so you have to buy and modify a Euro hitch. It is wired for EU automobiles and will need to be completely rewired to plug into an American electrical connector.- It states one can quickly attach and secure bikes with torque limiting knobs and ratcheting wheel straps. This would be true if it came with the Integrated folding bike loading ramp, but it doesn’t.- t states it is a fully foldable design with transport wheels and a carry handle. Part true, it folds and one can carry it, but it does not come with wheels, so must be carried, or dragged.- It states this rack provides Easy trunk access with smart foot pedal tilt and on this point I agree 100%. It also tilts far enough aft I am able to lower my tailgate on a Ford F150 without having to remove the bikes. That is a nice feature.- The more I jack with this bike carrier the more I hate it. It does not fit my two RAD bikes and will require more costly mods to be made. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE AN E-BIKE and you live in the US. It is not made for US automobiles, or E-Bikes.

Know that when you order the Easy Fold bike rack, there are two models...one with the shank that goes into the bumper hitch, and the other (the one I'm returning) mounts to the ball on the bumper hitch. The model that wasshipped is well made, but has many short comings.Although the hitch has a lock and key, the hitch can easily be removed, by removing the ball from the hitch; and the standard 2" trailer ball does not work, you have to purchase a European ball. There is no ability to deal with loose play of the hitch; the unit does not come with a ramp, must be purchased separately; and you don't need to get the fancy taillight system.I did not get what I ordered, in reviewing the other "Reviews" this Easy Fold unit is referred to as the European model ??? back to the web to order the unit again...but this was a Black Friday purchase!

I agree with another reviewer, “Beware of this product. It comes from Europe and does not fit American cars hitches. In the USA new the electric would need an adapter but ours came without its key, 2 Radrovers (fat tire ebike) fit on it but straps need to be much longer or the bolt supporting them moved two inches to accommodate bike length. Also the bikes touch significantly need foam inserts. Fyi-No ramp came with it

Couldn't hook lites up. Has European Harness. What accessory do you have where I can hook harnesss to american car.

We wanted an easy to install, easy to use and robust carrier for our two ebikes. After much deliberation and research we decided on this Thule model and are we so glad that we did! I was surprised at how easy it was to install and how easy it is to use. However on consideration should i have been surprised by the quality of a Swedish product? No not really. Ok it is not cheap but you rarely get quality and cheap in the same sentence. Absolutely delighted with the Thule carrier.

Très content de cet achat : Parfait : très pratique notamment le repliement qui permet de faire tenir dans le coffre ou sur la banquette arrière, sans compter le rangement dans le garage. Bon arrimage - Clés arrimage et vélo bien pratiques pour éviter le vol. De plus assez léger et le transport à la main est facilité par le repliement.Trois petits regrets cependant :- La longueur du bras d'attache le plus long n'est pas réglable- Il faut beaucoup de force pour abaisser la poignée de maintien sut l'attelage- la flexibilité du porte vélo fait que ces derniers bougent pas mal ( il font 53kg), tout en étant bien fixées et très bien arrimés : cela fait bizarre de les voir se dandiner.

Very disappointed to receive my bike rack which won’t fit onto an Australian standard tow ball and the lights plug is an EU style with no adapter included for conversion to an Australian flat 7 pin plugWould appreciate any help that could be offered or I will need you return the product
