Small but Effective cutting shears
I bought these to cut my peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and eggplants off their plants. The shears are easy to use and cut very nicely. I used them to also cut fairly strong and thick vines and small tree branches. Not a problem at all. Very easy to clean. Love the safety latch. I am able to reach in tight spots to cut just what I need to cut. I highly recommend them.

So handy I bought a second pair
I've gone through quite a few pruning scissors and shears over the years and these WYF Pruning Scissors are the best I've used for dead heading flowers, roses, pruning tomatoes and all general small pruning. Most scissors break, mostly at a crummy plastic latch, or are just not handy to use. These hold up well, the latch is metal and easy to use and durable and the blades stay sharp and have micro serrations for clean cuts. If you are going to cut branches and larger stalks, get a pair of Felcos. For smaller pruning these can't be beat for the quality, low cost, and durability. So good I bought a second pair in case the Co. quits making them.

Long Straight Cutters Useful For Deadheading
We have many pruners as we both do a lot of pruning. I purchased a pruner similar to these, at Harbor Freight several years ago. I prefer the lock that they had. It was a metal link that folded against the handle when in use. To lock it, you just flipped it back against the other handle where it had a small catch that the link grabs. This one is ok, it has that metal bail, a very common type, you have to push it up and over the other handle. These have long, straight cutters that make it easy to see and reach into a plant. I used these to prune our native Salvias which you have to go down into the shrub and take it back to woody tissue. These handled that very easily. I also deadheaded our Desert marigolds. They have long soft stems and you have to reach into the base of the plant and remove the long stem with the flower. These cut them cleanly with ease. The previous pruner needed sharpening and in forcing them open to reach the cutting surfaces, I pulled the return spring, with the rubber attachment spring to handle, making them hard to use as the spring falls out when opening them too far. So only time will tell how these hold up. One cutting blade has tiny serrations, so when it is time to sharpen these, I'll find out if these are worthwhile. That will be in the distant future.

Great for the price
These are my go to pruners for my flower garden. They’re nice and sharp, lightweight and easy to handle. I’m always in the yard deadheading and snipping off old seed heads and these are perfect for that function. I have them right on the shelf as soon as I walk out the door they’re in my hand. Great value for the price as well. I actually bought an extra pair just in case one gets lost which seems to happen quite frequently. Definitely recommend.

One of the best!
This is one of the best pruning scissors that I have used. The stainless steel blades are great, and hold a great edge for cutting. Used them all season long for my extensive veggie garden.

Very sharp and very light
I like the fact that it fits perfectly in my hand. Very light and easy to use. Very sharp! I use it to trim my roses 🌹. It has a needle nose that gets into tight spots and it snips with ease. I love this tool!

Good, but
Sharp scissors, cut well, but the center spring could be stronger as the scissors get stuck on occasion.
