Look, if you know nothing about Audi keys it's not an easy do it yourself project. Your dealership may or may not agree to program this - depends on if they're jerks or not. Find out ahead of time. I used an Xhorse key programmer and programmed this with the dealer setting and it worked 100% no issues for two different cars. There's no issue with the keys, but know what you're buying.

From the moment I received this product, it did not work as expected. I spent a lot of time and money programming, troubleshooting, thinking it might be something I was doing wrong. Unfortunately, by the time I confirmed it was a faulty item, the return window had closed.I reached out to seller customer service, expecting some level of support or at least a resolution, but I was shocked at how unhelpful they were. Despite clearly explaining the issue and that the product was defective from the start, they refused to offer any assistance. No return, no exchange, not even an apology.It's incredibly disappointing that seller would allow a defective product to be sold on their platform and then completely wash their hands of any responsibility once the return date passes—even when the issue existed from day one.Buy this product at your own risk—if it doesn’t work, you’re on your own.

The programming instructions included with the keys did not wor for the intended use (2011 Audi a5 Quattro) and therefore had to have a qualified technician program them at a cost of $250 above the purchase price.

While this key can be used for my car it is not the correct key. The locksmith was able to program the key only to discover that it would only start the car if it is pressed against the dash. Such in older models you would have to insert the key into a slot. The key My car needs is a Proximity key where as the key can be anywhere in the car and function without being pressed against the dash. So just remember if your car does not have a key slot then you need a Proximity key.

Only Dealers can utitilize the proprietary codes/programs to activate the keyless access fobs.Local locksmiths cannot program these.Most dealers (for Audi/Mercedes and other luxury models) will not service these key fobs.

Most definitely a quality build at a great value. Now it’s just a matter of getting a locksmith to program them. Well done.
