34" wide 22" deep (Top is angled upwards) so front is 15" and back is 21-1/2" high ***Height measurements are taken from inside top of cabinet to the work area rack that sits over where the sand is kept. Hope this helps. 🤗

Does this unit recycle the sand?

It does recycle and the "glass" will be good for awhile. Eventually you will have to replace. Much recommend not using sand.

what are the dimesions of the cabinet

54"x23"x36" Door opening is 22 x 19. This might be the most important thing. Cabinet is about 36 inches wide

Does anyone know the cfm required or do i have to contact the manufacturer?

I am interested in the PSI recommended for best performance. I am using about 125 PSI with a compressor rated at 7.8 cfm @ 40 PSI and 5.6 @ 90 PSI. the compressor will start up after about 20 sec of blasting. I can continue while compressing for maybe 3-4 minutes before I feel the need to let the compressor pump back up. Under those operating conditions I seem to have to remove the nozzle (easy enough) and tap out the accumulation of sand. I suspect a higher pressure may minimize this. Hope this helps.
