what are the fruits & vegetables included?

It is NOT a cheap plastic bottle. It is amber colored glass. All it should be is iron. I get my fruits and vegetables from whole foods! This iron supplement helped me get rid of a esophageal web which is a membrane that grows in your throat and can make you choke on food. It is caused by lack of iron. I used to actually choke on tiny pieces of food. After taking this iron spplement for about a week the web was gone and I could eat anything without choking. The web was gone. GREAT product!

what should the liquid look like?

It should look clear when it comes out of the bottle.

Believe it or not, I had one go bad. It gets very cloudy almost like bad coffee with curled milk in it. As gross as that is.
