This blade was bought for my son as a Father's Day gift. He used it on several occasions, but in less than 8 weeks of normal use the blade cracked near the tip. Contacted the seller who said he would not replace the knife, but would "fix" it for a charge. This knife was too expensive (and allegedly of professional quality) to have the edge crack - let me emphasize that it was not used improperly or used to cut anything that it was not meant to cut. So, if you need/want a "quality" knife from a "quality" seller, this is not for you!

Great knife,sharp out of the box,great balance,looks great..I did the research for you trust me!.won't find a better knife under 250$..if this is your price range buy it.its all quality!!!
