A serving is two capsules, and the bottle says 7,000mg per serving, so there you have it. All I know is that if you suffer from gout, as I do, this product is nothing short of a miracle !

Q: Do the capsules deliver melatonin like the juice does? I'm looking for a sleep aid.

I take 2 capsules 1x per day for arthritis. They do not make me sleepy at all. The arthritic pain is well-controlled.

Great for inflammation causing joint pain!

I have used these for years to help with arthritic joint pain, mainly in my knees. They help reduce inflammation which helps reduce pain This brand has been the best for me for how well it works and the price. I have had to gradually increase the dosage over the years as I’ve aged, but it continues to work well.

Amazing results for gout

I am not usually one to gush in a review, but this product for an acute gout attack and as preventive for gout attacks is amazing. I am 52, was diagnosed at 24 with gout. I have been in remission for 15 years or so after taking febuxostat for a while when I was younger. I had a tooth pulled in JAN 2025 and then got lockjaw from that so I lost around 15 pounds. Put all of it back on slowly and was recently put on BP meds, so I got the double whammy as far as gout goes. I had debilitating pain in one joint and when that would start to heal it would just move to the next. Prescribed gout meds did absolutely nothing. I went to Dr. Google for something, anything to help and came across this product. I was shocked that it worked, but man, if I take one full dose in the morning and one in the evening, it keeps the gout away. I highly recommend this!

I’ve been taking this as directed for a while now to manage my gout. While I have not tested my uric acid before during or after taking this product, I can say that my flare ups are not as frequent (none) as before. I am confident in this product for gout management. It has been documented that tart cherries do have an effect on uric acid levels, and this product is the concentrate of said cherries. Worth a shot.

Helps joint pain.

Aches and pains? I played a lot of sports over the years. 7 years of football, and 3-4 of basketball and baseball. Had a lot of great times, but now I am paying for it.Cherry juice and these capsules really help. I am not pain free, but I am able to do things that really hurt before starting with these.

Gout help

3 a day and they help bunches! I DO NOT use any prescription meds. You have to drink 8-10 8ozs or more of water daily in addition to these. I do drink fireball a lot, lol, but these and water make a big difference. I can tell when I don't drink enough H²O
