Not easy to understand the setup instructions

Knowing how to setup
I didn't like this because it's not easy to setup. I keep getting a message saying the usb cable is not connected, even though it is.

Pointless as didn't work
Trying to load different portals and wouldn't load then froze and had to reboot about 3 times so gave up and sent it back. Other boxes such as Mag, TVIP and Android Boxes takes 5 mins
