We’ve been through many garlic presses and this type is the best design, with the two pivoted parts. I was interested to see this one specified as a “ginger crusher” too as trying to press a small lump of ginger is how I broke the previous one. However, this one seems to be manufactured from better steel and at the price, I can’t go too wrong (providing I don’t press any more ginger).

Works well enough but handle is small for any bloke with reasonable sized hands.

saves time! takes a bit of pressure though so if you’re getting this as you’re not able to chop garlic take that into consideration. it feels slightly flimsy but has lasted months so far

This is perfect, the 'swinging' arm ensures that the pressure covers all of the garlic clove evenly, and the raised surface slots into the holes ensuring that all of the garlic is pushed out, not leaving clogged holed that are hard to clean

Works well much better than they look they feel flimsy

Does the job and relatively heavy and of good construction. There were some sort of sticky residue on the crusher and has to scrub it all off as if it had been taped together.

What can you say. Well made and easy to use.
