Do both earpieces answer phone calls or just one?

You can use both earpieces to answer phone calls, left, right or just together, as you wish.

When using the microphone on calls I’m told that the volume is very low and sounds far away. Is there anything that can be done?

usually, this problem was caused by the volume setting of the bluetooth in your phone, you can check the volume setting and adjust to the max. another reason of the bad call quality may be caused by the distance between the microphone and mouth and the noise disturbance. you can try to use two earbuds for call and keep away from the lound noisy environment.

Does the case support wirelessly charge?

Currently, Mebuyz A20 has no the wireless charge function, we are going to launch new TWS earbuds with wireless charge case this fall.
