fitting the lumbar support on.
What I found best is to lie on my back then strap the lumbar support on getting a good fit, then inflate it works perfect.This is not a one time fix, it would take a long time to get some relief with continued usage.

Pump issues
Did not like it, the pump was broken, so i figured i have to pump faster, a workout in itself, i finally figured it was the pump, replaced it, then the new one worked for a couple days then again the pump failed... i have up on it..

Pump leaks
The only thing the pump leaks you have to pump it like crazy

This belt has an air pump with a gauge which helps to determine the correct amount of air to use.

It worked perfectly. I was advised by a pain Dr to try it to relieve sciatica pain and it does provide relief

This belt lumbar support is not good. The pump broke on the first try so I will be returning it.
