Protect your DVDs with the spine DVD cases
A friend told me to throw away the cases of my DVDs and I would have more room to store them. That was the worst advice I have ever taken. So I have hundreds of DVDs with no case. I bought my first case of these DVD cases at Amazon and I have used all but about 40 and I got nervous because I still have at least a hundred DVDs without cases so I bought another case. They are a little more pricey than I would normally pay but they are excellent quality and they are see through so that you can see the movie that's in it plus, the spine of the cover is just wide enough for me to print the name of the video on it so that I can file them up right and at a glance I can see what movie is in the case. I love them I wish I had never gotten rid of the original cases but these are a very good deal for the price. I can't wait until I have every DVD in a case so I don't have to rebuy videos that have gotten scratched up being out of the case. They snap and lock very well and they are easy to open and there is nothing bad that I can say about these DVD cases. I just hope that with the latest case I bought it will be enough to take care of all my DVDs and I stopped throwing away the original two or three years ago. I highly and easy to use and operate clear plastic DVD covers

Preferred cases...
I prefer these clear slim cases over the other options (black or colored) for DVDs. Both the single & the double DVD cases are 7MM which is great when there are more than a hundred involved. They take up less space and are see-through. You can make labels if you want to slip into any of the cases, but these are great because until you do you can still tell whats in them without opening them. They also seem to be better than the cheaper black cases in that they are more durable. I have had a few black ones that break rather than open. Not a single one of these has done that. They stand up to repeated openings as well as kids opening them. Great product at great price.

Perfect for storing a lot of dvds if you need the space
The thin cases make these ideal for storing a lot of DVDs. And they have an outer pocket where you can put a cover. Very good product

Trying these Maxtek cases after using Memorex cases for many years...
I just did some research on clear slimline DVD cases. I need to find a substitute for the great Memorex cases I have been using for many years now - but recently discontinued. I found 3 different brands on Amazon to choose from. Hard to tell anything concrete from photos and reviews I checked out. I received my 100 pack from Maxtek (packed well, no damage). At first glance, they seem very close to the Memorex cases. I physically compared the two together, and found that the Maxtek case looks quite a bit more opaque /less clear than the Memorex case. But when I put a color insert with printed text into the case and physically compared it with the same cover in a Memorex case, I found that there was almost no difference! I admit that I was surprised...the insert looked good in there. The case itself is almost identical. The Maxtek seems very slightly lighter and very slightly not made as well, but they are very close. I am really picky about cases as I have a business that converts analog media to digital...I go through a lot of cases - for both myself and paying customers! I like these enough where I will continue to use them and feel good about it. I may try others in the future, but these Maxtek cases could become my new case of choice. The bottom line: I really loved the Memorex cases - and I was upset when they were discontinued. These Maxtek cases are a pretty close replacement. I wish the plastic was a bit clearer, but when I put an insert in and compared to the Memorex case, I am pleasantly surprised.

Saves space over 14mm DVD Cases
These are really good for saving space over the typical 14mm DVD case. I prefer the clear cases as, in my experience, the clear cases are less susceptible to dry rot.

Excellent quality, doesn't shatter, and love that it's super thin
This is the second time I've purchased this box of 100 count. I use these for selling DVDs of ballet and dance performances I film and author the DVDs. HINT: Considering also having a VOD version, say on Vimeo, that is coupled with your DVD version. After all, not everyone has a DVD player these days. If you'd like you there is room to fit the sleeve (outside) or even a little card on the inside (tabs hold the card in place).

Great deal on high-quality slimline DVD cases
I've been going through my video collection and digitizing my old VHS tapes into a more durable, and less shelf-space consuming, DVD format. These slimline cases are perfect for that, and this package was a great deal in terms of both cost and quality. They arrived quickly, undamaged, in a well-packaged parcel. Very satisfied, and would highly recommend this purchase.

Replaced my lost or missing DVD covers
These are just what I was looking for. I have copies of different DVD's but either lost or never had the DVD covers. In addition I used to have a carousel from Sony that kept 400 DVD's in order for me. I moved and now don't have a place large enough for the carousel. Instead I decided to go back to the old fashoned way but with limited space I thought these would help. The spine is 7mm thick. and that's just big enough for a 12 point typeface. I put the title, the MPAA rating and the year on the spine. I copy pictures from various sources such as Amazon and others to a free cover designer from Nero that I use to get the right size. I've placed the same information Iput on the spine on the DVD itself and reverse the cover so that I can see the actual DVD from the back. Two ways to identify it. I got into a rhythem the other day and created about 35 covers in one afternoon. I have about 65 more to go. I think this is better than the Carousel itself because I used to have to keep up a database for my new editions and I was always behind. This way I have a great visual of what I'm looking for.

You're better off buying another brand.
Most of the cases arrived bent so excessively that they could not hold a seal. And the quality was substantially lower than advertised. If you are looking for thin line cases you should just pay a little more and get the ULINE brand ones instead.
