What are the sizes of the slicing discs? are they 4mm or 6mm or both

They are 6mm. My food processor came with the 2mm and 4mm slicing discs.

Will these fit model kfp500wh?

You have to look up your model and what attachments will fit. That's what I did when I purchased these. Most newer models have the attachment to use these.

where can I get a container to store all my blades safely

They come in individual white, sturdy boxes. I labeled each one and store in the boxes. I'll be interested if someone has found a container for them.
