Good bit of kit, but not perfect
You always hope these tower extension leads will generate loads more space and allow for neater cable management. This does after a fashion, although when using all plug and USB sockets it still looks like a snakes wedding! The thing I like about this power tower is the ability to switch on and off each tier as required and that the power flex will extend or retract to your required length. Electrical cables are a modern day nightmare but this tower goes along way towards helping the space and mess issue. It's by no means the perfect solution but I will buy another of these in favour of a power strip. Update: Have just bought a second extension lead to replace a different model extension lead tower that had been recalled by Amazon for a potential fault. My sentiments for this tower are pretty much the same as my original review. Works well, still a nest (just my opinion) but this day and age a definate necessity in a house with a limited number of power outlets. Fingers crossed there are no issues with the two towers I now own.

Nice solution to having lots of plugs but plastic sockets feel tight and cheap.
So far it's okay but i'm a little concerned with its use so I'll be updating this every few months. The thing I really dislike about this is that the plug sockets feel tight when I plug something in. For instance, I plugged in my PS4 plug and it took some effort to get it in. At first it was going in at an angle but with some force I managed to get it in. I also read in other reviews that this plastic can crack, so this does alarm me. I'd suggest just keeping your plugs in and don't disonnect them and re-connect them a lot as that cheap plastic will surely break at some point. The buttons to turn on/off each row are great and easy to use. Haven't tried the USB ports and tbh I think I will stay away from them unless I absolutely need them. Overall, this is a great solution for me and there are more than enough plugs for my desk setup.

a well-made product with thoughtful designs
This is the second vertical strip I bought because I benefit from the first one straightway after I started using it. I bought this one for my shop. The first one was good but its base is not strong and sturdy enough. So I was more careful at choosing the 2nd one. The moment when I opened the package, I understood why it is more expensive. Not only because it has 2 extra sockets but also because it is well-made witha strong and sturdy base. It stands firmly on the worktop. There are also two thoughtful characters of this product. One is the handle on the top because it makes handling the strip much easier and safer. The second one is the rotable wiring board in the base can adjust the length of the cable based your personal needs . Of course it is designed to have the overloading protection function which makes it safe to use. Overall, the good designs and functions of this power strip is worth a 5-star review!

Serves the purpose
In theory it's great. It does the job perfectly and good value. The only thing I would say it is not very sturdy the casing is light weight and it seems cheaply made however I do think it's worth it as its ideal for the job. Yes I would recommend

A good option where lots of sockets are needed but space is tight.
Generally a 10 outlet multiplug takes up a lot of space, so stacking them vertically makes sense. I can't see me ever needing all 10 in use at once but they are available if needed, perhaps for a music set up with lots of 9v transformers. Each horizontal strip has a single power button, which controls power to just the sockets on that strip. Thus the top button powers on the top four strips, second button the second four, and bottom button the two power sockets and the four USB sockets. An LED above each button shows whether it is on, and each pair of USB sockets also have an LED. Literature states that the USB sockets are rated to 2.1Amp, so should be good for charging devices like mobile phones and tablets. This is a nice compact design, the lead is very long (much better than the usual 1m lead supplied with multiplugs) and this would be well suited to a room with lots of low wattage devices. It would work particularly well for an entertainment system, which might require USB power for LED lighting, as well as multiple sockets for TV, Bluray, Amp, DVR, Tuner and so on. I've not decided where to site this yet, but I think perhaps my music room where I have half a dozen 9V devices that use lower power but need lots of sockets.
