The Snak Yard Shiitake Mushroom 7.5 Oz Crispy Crunchy & Seasoned

A family member bought this, but didn't finish them, so they gifted to us and we got hooked. It tastes great, since I'm on a high carb diet, but I only way a few times per wk. They are a great snack full of cruchines, airy tasting, easily to eat seven pieces at a time. Last longer if you eat three pieces few times per week. Some pieces are smaller, some bigger. I like the smaller ones may put while into the mouth, but the biger ones needs to chip off a piece to eat it. May be grinded to a powder and use in rice dishes. Great flavorful taste and is so delicious.

I first discovered this at Costco in 2019 and fell in love with it. Sadly, not all Costcos still carry them. Then they appeared on Amazon so I had to get them again.It costs more than a bag of chips but these treats are packed with a flavorful umami that only mushroom lovers can understand. It's easy to get addicted so I have to stagger my purchases of this delicacy. Highly recommend if you like mushrooms even a little.PS - The off brands are not as good as this one so shell out a few extra dollars and treat yo self!

My daughter bought these at a big box store and we ate the whole bag in a couple of days. Since she lives in another state, I couldn't go to her store, so I went to the one in my area and they don't carry this item. I was glad to see that Amazon sold them. They are on the expensive side, but they are a some-of-the-time indulgence. I love them in salads and soups too. Be careful if you have dental work. They tend to be hard, but they satisfy that need for a good crunchy snack.

These are a great snack and disappear quickly if put out for a crowd. Because I thought they were a little expensive, I looked for a recipe to make these and tried several different methods. However, my creations were not nearly as good as these. Because the bag is 7.5 ounces, I thought this would be similar to an 8- ounce container of fresh mushrooms, but I was pleasantly surprised that these dried mushrooms are very light and the bag contained more than I expected.

I saw Katie Lee try these on the cooking show, The Kitchen. She seemed to really like them so I was curious and wanted to try them. It’s a fairly large bag but the cost of $10.00 seems a little high for a snack. The first day that I tried them, I ate maybe 4 of them and thought that they were really good. A few days later, I had a few more and it seems for me, the more I eat them, the more I am not liking them as much. I probably would not buy them again. Something good as a once in awhile treat....

Oh my gosh!!! If you like mushroom.....Mu-HaaHaHa-ha😆!!!! Evil! Once you get over the first unusual flavor... you're hooked! This snack will become your favorite go-to. I just love them...enough to keep my eyes out for deals on it, now that alot of stores carry them.They're freeze dryed retaining their shape, crunchy & seasoned enough to still retain the Shitake flavor, toped on salad or your favorite pasta dish gives them a different spin..or just out of the bag as I'm doing now🤤👍

I love these mushrooms. I'm proud to say I'm addicted to them. Ever since they stopped selling them at Costco, I started to search for an alternative. This was the only "good" deal I found. They are very pricey here, but I got my fix. I would probably not purchase them again unless I REALLY need to. They are almost double what they cost at Costco. Other than that, they taste amazing and I am in love with them! Highly recommend them. They are my new favorite snack.
