Great tool!
Really impressed with the quality! The needles are just the right size to be effective but gentle. I’ve noticed more baby hair growing out. The case, however, was not the best as it keeps falling off

Great for my needs and perfect price
Not only is it cheap but it's way better quality than the other one that I purchased a while back. It rolls really smooth and the case makes it really easy to clean and store. Unlike other sellers, you actually get to choose the size needles. My packaging was a little bit open at the top but the product is wrapped in plastic so I'm happy.

Well made!!
I got this for my husband, and while I’m usually against these types of tools for myself, he wanted to use it on the areas around his beard where he had some spots, hoping to help heal and regrow the hair. I decided to purchase it for him, since he wasn’t planning on using it all over his face. Before he tried it, I tested it out myself by rolling the tool on a banana peel, and it showed that it produces an even roll with tiny puncture marks that don’t go too deep. This gave me confidence that it would perform similarly on skin. Each roll produced uniform, tiny punctures, which is typically difficult to achieve with most derma rollers or microdermabrasion tools. It came in sterile packaging, which I really appreciated, ensuring it’s been properly sanitized and hasn’t been contaminated. However, you still need to sanitize it with rubbing alcohol before each use. I love that it comes in a clear plastic case for storage when not in use, keeping it clean after thorough washing with soap and water. As mentioned, I’m usually against using micro-abrasion tools, but after trying it myself, I was surprised and pleased with the results. It provides even, gentle treatment, but I would recommend not using it every day. Start with once a week, and always make sure your face is thoroughly cleaned and dry before use. Never use it on unclean skin because it works by creating tiny microscopic holes in the skin to trigger the healing process, bringing up collagen and white blood cells as the body thinks it needs to repair itself. Many derma rollers are inconsistent with depth and pressure, but this one has exceptional results. My husband has already noticed hair starting to regrow in the areas he’s been using it on.

Effective and easy to use
This is a great little microneedle roller. I use it once a week. First I roll it across my face and neck horizontally and then vertically. I give my skin a few minutes to "recover" then put on a hydrating serum followed by a barrier cream. My skin looks really good! There is a tiny bit of pain using this but it isn't unbearable. The needles also do not hurt your skin - you cannot see any needle marks or holes in your skin and no blood is produced.I highly recommend this little tool if you want to improve your skin.

It actually works
Was skeptical at first but I am noticing new, better hair growth after just a couple of months doing it every other week. Love the product and would recommend!

The device itself? Fine. The mechanics? Not recommended.
So, the appearance, ease of cleaning, value for cash, that’s completely solid. It rolls fine, so it is easy to use, but there is one big thing that I feel is important: using a roller is NOT recommended for when you’re working to deal with skin issues. The needles are short, 0.25 mm, so there is that, and for surface level issues, it works ok, but using a roller for micro-needling is not recommended by dermatologists. Comparing that to a stamper, or something that you just press and remove, dermarollers are more likely to damage your skin. Instead of poking a needle sized hole and letting go, it’s more like poke and pull as it rolls, leaving wider micro-injuries in your skin than just needle pricks. It’s more likely to cause scarring, and is less effective than getting a stamper, or something you can just press against your face and then pull out in a straight line, leaving just the holes and no gaping from rolling throughNow, like I said, the rollers are only 0.25 mm, which luckily isn’t deep enough for some serious trauma, and if you just want some surface elasticity, then that works fine (I tested it for a few months, doing it once a week, and I do feel MINOR results). However, for something like helping hair grow, or dealing with acne scarring, even just surface level scarring, it’s not going to be as effective, since it doesn’t reach deep enough, and if it were longer, it would more likely cause actual damage than what’s required for dermarolling or micro needling.Overall, if you want something that could help with surface level smoothness, this works ok for the price, as long as you know and acknowledge the risk of potential damage. However, if you want something that helps with hair growth or scarring, then I would recommend something with longer needles, AND that it not be something that rolls, since that’ll more likely cause damage. Be careful, y’all.

Slow and steady
This is a good starter roller. I've been using it for a week now. You want to apply some pressure when you use it. Don't press down to hard. Don't want it to be painful.

Awesome product!
I was so excited to finally get one of these! I’ve been wanting one to try for a while. It is so easy to use! Fits comfortably in my hand while holding. Super easy to clean and I love that it has a whole case that comes with it. Makes it easier to store it and gives me peace of mind that it will stay sanitary
