I bought this back pack for work and the only issues are the mesh pockets on the side. They ripped very easily. Other than that this is an awesome back pack and I would definitely recommend this product! Roll Tide!

Husband loved it. Size is big and has alot of of storage. Well made and has comfy straps.

love the bag but the handle to one of the zippers detached from the zipper.

Durable
Like the size, color, compartments and zipper. I like the U of M color/style. Durable and lasted 15+ years of everyday use before the zipper broke. I highly recommend buying this as this is my second one.

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND NO PRODUCT SUPPORT!
Would NOT BUY AGAIN! The backpack looks awesome but is made terribly cheap. My grandson began using it in August for school only, which is less than 50 days total and it is no longer usable. Zipper is broken and side pockets busted. Very disappointing! I paid about $40.00 for this backpack, I contacted both the manufacturer and Amazon about the quality problems, but neither offered any help or replacement. For the price, I expected something durable, but this backpack turned out to be a big disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
