Works, but it's noisy and a bit harsher than the original ones

These brush heads work really well with my Oral-B electric toothbrush. They fit perfectly and feel very similar to the original ones. The bristles are comfortable to use and do a good job cleaning my teeth. I like that they come in a pack, so I don’t have to keep buying them frequently. Great value for the price, and I would buy them again.

For a generic alternative, these are great. Great price and keeps teeth clean without over-spending on replacement brush heads that don't last. Oral-B also sells a useless head as part of their multi-pack. These have stiff bristles that are holding up great thus far. Oddly they have the same strange gap when you install them - see the third photo. For the first two photos, an Oral-B OEM brush head is on the left, and the head I'm reviewing is on the right.

Terrible, sounds like a WW II biplane taking off. The bristles are hard as a wire concrete brush. The plastic is probably not approved by the FDA. I want a refund but I did try one brush in my mouth for about 2 seconds felt like it was removing my veneers. This should not be a product that is available for purchase.

It fits in my OralB Io 3 brush although maybe not quite as snuggly as the original? It works and spins the brush head. I like the brush head - it is maybe a little stiffer than the original but is fine IMO. But... and hence the three stars... Firstly while using it the brush will occasionally make a kind of grinding clicking noise like it isn't working properly. No it isn't the 30 second timer and no, it doesn't actually seem to impact the brush head rotation but it is a bit annoying. Secondly there's a small square hole in the back.. When toothpaste and saliva inevitably get inside the brush head it ends up periodically spraying out of that small hole - sometimes all over my mirror if the hole is pointed that way. In the Oral B head this small hole is a big slit - like the one above. Stuff in the head seems to just drain out it into the wash basin instead of spraying out. So now i have to resort to constantly sucking on the head a bit to avoid any liquid getting into it and being sprayed all over the place. That is... annoying to say the least.
