I found a couple of medical journal articles about research that was done with Fortibone where the vast majority of the post-menopausal women with osteoporosis increased their bone density in first year. So I set out to find it here in the US (it's a German product and the biggest, most promising study was done in Germany). I almost hesitate to post this review, because this product is only sold by Amazon and a Canadian online seller (I think practitioners sell directly to consumers). It is $10 cheaper than Whole Body Collagen by Designs for Health and appears to be a nearly identical formulation. A secondary benefit is that my skin is looking pretty great, but that is not the primary reason I use this product.

I think it is helping my knee but I cannot afford $65 every 5 weeks.

Used for supplementary collagen to support spinal structure. I use it in my morning smoothie and it is readily dissolvable. There is no negative taste or aftertaste.
